Meeting Time Planner
Align several people's time zones on one grid and find the hour that works for everyone.
Find a meeting time that works across time zones
Add everyone who needs to join a call, each with their own time zone, and this planner lays their local hours side by side on a single grid. Working hours are shaded green, early and late fringe hours are amber, and night hours are grey, with the best shared column outlined. It turns the question of when a distributed team can meet into something you can see at a glance.
Built for remote teams and digital nomads
This is the tool for remote teams, distributed families and anyone booking a call across countries. Pick the meeting date, since daylight saving changes do not land on the same day everywhere, and choose which zone the grid columns are labelled in. Half-hour zones such as India and Sri Lanka are handled correctly.
How to plan a meeting across time zones
Add each person with their time zone, set the date, and read the grid. The outlined column is the best overlap, and green cells show everyone's normal working hours.
Frequently asked questions
How are working hours defined?
Nine in the morning to five in the afternoon local time counts as working and shows green. Seven to nine and five to ten in the evening count as fringe and show amber. Everything else is night. The best column is the one with the most people in green.
Does it handle daylight saving time?
Yes. It uses your browser's full time-zone data for the exact date you choose, so offsets are right even close to a daylight saving changeover.
Is anything saved or shared?
No. The people and zones you add stay in your browser for this session only and are never uploaded.
